How to diminish stress before wedding

Wedding planning is not so entertaining – it is very serious work that, of course, causes tiredness. That’ s why you need occasionally rest from continuous running, planning and organizing so after that you can continue what you begin previously. We offer you some ideas for respite.

• Organize weekend “without wedding”. Take two full days or 48 hours off and live them like you did in your relation beginning. Talks about wedding are forbidden! Have a good time, flirt with each other and forget that in the near future you will get married.
• Make girl (boys) party. Have a good time each with your friends. And again – no talks about wedding! Make girl (boy) sitting – quite like old good times when you were free girl (boy). Go to clubs and bars or do anything that affords pleasure. Come back home late at night and in next day entertain each other with stories about last night.
• Go to your own date! Probably in last months you carefully and conscientiously save money for the wedding. Reward yourself! Reserve table in some chic restaurant or your beloved cafe order by “full program”. In your menu needs to be aperitif, main meal, desert and, of course, select cocktails. After that go to club and dance.
• Go to little trip! There definitely are some places that you want to see, but for some reasons you haven’t. For cheerfulness test how good you can orient by map, sing some songs and so on. If it’s possible, stop to some tavern.
• Organize movie night. Movies are great way to tune out from reality and in that way rest your brains. Rent few movies, buy some snacks, switch off your mobile phones and movie night can start! Most important – avoid movies with wedding theme. Best of all will be comedies – so you can sincerely laugh.
• Participate in some games. Healthy competition for two helps to become closer, isn’t it? That’s why invite your partner to some interesting game: it can be anything – chess, checkers or it can be old good cards. If you have “PlayStation”, then play it. If you don’t want to sit at home, then go to enjoy sporting activity – for example, bowling game.
• Return to childhood! How it is possible? It is very simple – go to the amusement park! Different type of carousels, trains, autodrome, sugar cotton, ice cream…..Just like in childhood!
• Celebratory dinner. Organize romantic dinner at home for two. Invent some theme and make meal according to this theme. Go together buy products and make dinner also together. Make necessary atmosphere with attires, candles and table setting. And most important – take it easy! Enjoy meal making joy and tasty meal with all your heart.
